I used their data recovery product and found it to be quite effective. The installation and registration process is a little bit quirky because the computer you are wanting to recover data on must be registered via the Internet and a unique unlock code needs to be generated and sent to an email address to begin the data recovery. So, that I didn't like, but the software seemed to work well.

Excellent and speedy service, supported by great customer services. I downloaded software and had some trouble makig the mac-pc formats work (my mistake). R3cover were very helpful and talked me through jhandling on the phone. Definately recommend them.
